To keep Business-in-a-Box safe for merchants and their customers, you agree not to use the platform to:
- Sell illegal goods or services, counterfeit items, weapons, controlled drugs or stolen property.
- Run scams, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, or mislead customers about products, prices or delivery.
- Send spam or marketing messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.
- Upload content that is hateful, violent, sexually explicit or infringes other people's rights.
- Collect customer data for purposes unrelated to fulfilling their orders without their consent.
- Attempt to access other businesses' data, probe or attack the platform, or bypass plan limits or security controls.
- Impersonate another business or person.
Enforcement
We may remove content, flag or suspend businesses, and cooperate with law enforcement where required. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent account closure.
Reporting
If you see a store breaking this policy, please report it through the Help Center.
